Deviled Quail Eggs – Ingredients include 6 quail eggs, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, juice from one lemon, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, dash Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste and parsley.
Hard Boil 12 quail eggs and allow to cool before peeling the shell off. Slice quail eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. Set aside the egg whites.
Mash yolks then add mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and parsley. Mix together then season yolk mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Add a small amount of the mixture into the egg white halves.
