The Perfect Scrambled Quail Eggs

Choose your favorite quail eggs but keep them refrigerated until you’re ready to make the perfect scrambled quail eggs. Crack about 6 Quail eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork or whisk until they turn a pale yellow color. Season with salt and fresh black pepper. If you like fluffy scrambled eggs, add a couple of tablespoons of water per egg. If you prefer creamy eggs a couple of tablespoon of milk for each egg. You will need a small nonstick frying pan to cook your perfect scrambled quail eggs. Warm the pan over low heat and slowly melt enough butter to lightly coat the pan.
